Air Freight on International Items
Some of our products are sourced from outside the country. Rather than send these by slower sea or land routes, we ship them by air freight. This is a choice we make on purpose, at our own cost, so your order reaches you as quickly as possible and avoids the long delays that often come with surface shipping. You don't need to do anything extra, and it won't cost you anything more. It's simply our way of making sure you're not left waiting.
Tracking Your Order
You can track your order at any time using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If you have not received a tracking link within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us at admin@sftradeae.com.
